Monday - Friday (8:30am - 5pm) Work Schedule


Responsibilities

  • Handle home and auto endorsements efficiently.
  • Process payments and manage mortgagee changes accurately.
  • Answer phone calls and assist clients with their inquiries.
  • Manage cancellation requests and ensure client satisfaction.
  • Maintain and update client information as needed.


Requirements

  • 4-40 insurance license is required to start.
  • Have at least 1 year of insurance experience.
  • Experience with Applied Epic, QuoteRUSH, and EZLynx is a plus.
  • Demonstrate strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask.
  • Exhibit excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Maintain professional phone and office etiquette.
  • Showcase great time management skills.
  • Be a team player who can collaborate effectively with colleagues.
