Scope of Work
Independent Contractor Content Creator
Contract Term
This engagement is for a fixed term of ninety (90) days, commencing on the effective date of the agreement, unless extended or terminated earlier in accordance with the terms of the Independent Contractor Agreement.
Overview
The Content Creator (Contractor) will provide content planning, creative production, and execution services focused on attention, engagement, and brand consistency. This role will own content strategy and production across organic and paid marketing channels, managing the content calendar and producing visual assetsincluding video, photography, and graphic designto support marketing campaigns and brand initiatives.
Services & Responsibilities
1. Content Planning & Strategy
- Develop, manage, and maintain a comprehensive content calendar
- Plan platform-specific content for social media channels
- Monitor trends, platform updates, and audience behavior to recommend content opportunities
- Coordinate content needs with ongoing marketing campaigns and initiatives
2. Creative Production
- Film and edit short-form video content (e.g., reels, shorts, social clips)
- Capture photography for brand and marketing use
- Design social media graphics, ad creatives, and reusable templates
- Create branded digital assets as needed
3. Print & Branded Collateral
- Design company brochures, flyers, one-pagers, postcards, signage, and other marketing collateral
- Prepare materials to be print-ready and production compliant
- Ensure all creative materials align with established brand guidelines and visual standards

- Digital graphics, ad creatives, and templates

- Creative assets aligned with campaign and brand objectives
Qualifications & Experience
- Proven experience in content creation, video editing, and graphic design
- Experience producing print-ready marketing materials
- Proficiency with tools such as Adobe Premiere, Canva, Opus Clips, or similar platforms
- Strong visual storytelling and creative execution skills
- Familiarity with social media platforms and trends, including Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and LinkedIn
- Ability to work independently, manage deadlines, and execute multiple creative projects
