We’re a fast-paced, collaborative team, and as we expand our operations, we’re seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry Specialist to join our growing office.

What You’ll Do

• Support and guarantee the addition of data throughout the full lifecycle of newly created products, from the initial product request stage to SKU creation, to entering product properties and attributes, through to onboarding.
• Translate data from design documents such as spec books into neatly classifiable databases.
• Ensure all product and operational data is accurate, consistent, and up to date by verifying entries and requesting missing information from relevant departments.
• Organize and maintain databases, spreadsheets, and digital/physical files; monitor database performance and diagnose issues.
• Request, check-in, measure, track, and store product samples; perform visual and quality control checks for version accuracy; and process watch returns (including battery replacements).
• ·Handle product samples on a daily basis, including carrying or rolling backpacks, suitcases, and other travel gear to designated storage areas.
• Provide administrative support, including document scanning and responding to data requests.
• Work closely with marketing, product design, product management, supply chain, and onboarding teams to ensure accurate, timely, and transparent cross-functional communication of new data entries.
• Generate reports from data to support internal decision-making.

What You Bring

• Proven experience in data entry or administrative support roles.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Strong typing speed, accuracy, and attention to detail.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
• Ability to multitask and work well under pressure.
• Ability to handle sensitive product and business data responsibly, maintaining confidentiality in line with company policies.

Bonus:

• Experience with project management/database software to input, update, and organize product data (e.g., Notion, Asana).
• Experience with ERP systems.
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes relevant to bags and travel gear.
• Familiarity with retail or industrial design industry terms (e.g., SKU, UPC, CADs, spec sheets)
