Major Food Group is hiring Serversto join our team at HaSalon!
HaSalon is an Israeli dinner concept that began in Tel Aviv, that promises an elegant a la carte menu centered on seasonal local ingredients. The menu is served alongside a theatrical dinner party where guests dance on tables and are meant to share their experience and their space with those around them. HaSalon translates to “The Living Room” and we are looking for staff who can embody restaurant culture in a family atmosphere. We are looking to create a team of superstars who will contribute to the beauty of bringing guests from all over, to experience an evening as one big family.
RESPONSIBILITIES:

Prepare restaurant tables with special attention to sanitation and order

Attend to customers upon entrance
-
Present restaurant menus and help customers select food/beverages

Take and serve orders
-
Answer questions or make recommendations for complementary products

Collaborate with other restaurant servers and kitchen/bar staff
-
Experience working in fine dining restaurants is preferred.

You must possess a positive and teamwork oriented attitude.
REQUIREMENTS:
-
Minimum 2 years of experience in high volume and fine dining restaurants preferred but not required

Culinary diploma or equivalent in experience strongly preferred

Team-orientated and positive attitude
-
Strong communication skills a must
-
Must be able to stand/walk for 8 hours; bend, push, pull; lift 30 lbs.
