In this Contract-to-permanent position, you will play a vital role in maintaining and enhancing our brand reputation, ensuring consistent messaging across social media and customer interactions. Responsibilities:
• Manage and curate content across key social media platforms, including TikTok, LinkedIn, and Instagram, to promote brand awareness.
• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently, ensuring exceptional service and maintaining the brand's positive reputation.
• Analyze brand performance metrics to assess public perception and engagement, providing actionable insights.
• Collaborate closely with the Digital Marketing Manager to align branding efforts with overall marketing strategies.
• Act as the brand’s voice, delivering consistent messaging and maintaining a strong connection with the audience.
• Provide concierge-level services during client engagements and events to enhance brand representation.
• Attend conferences and networking events to represent the brand and build meaningful relationships.
• Utilize Shopify and other tools to support branding and marketing initiatives.
• Keep up-to-date with social media trends and best practices to optimize campaign performance.• Minimum of 1 year of experience in branding or a customer-facing role.
• Strong knowledge of social media platforms such as TikTok, LinkedIn, and Instagram.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to manage client engagements effectively.
• Analytical skills to interpret data and provide insights for improving brand strategies.
• Familiarity with Shopify is a plus.
• Ability to work on-site in Pompano Beach, Florida.
• Exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in PC operating systems and digital tools.
