State Insurance USA is expanding quickly! We are looking for a motivated, detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our Customer Care Team. This position plays a key role in maintaining client satisfaction and policy retention by ensuring renewal policies are handled efficiently, accurately, and with elite customer service. This is a Full-Time position, and the role will be performed at our Estero location. Working hours are 8:30am - 5pm Monday-Friday (No Weekends!).

You must be willing to obtain your 4-40 insurance license (with our assistance). We are willing to train the right person.

Responsibilities
Some responsibilities include:
-Answering phones and providing excellent customer support
-Working with lenders and insured
-Multitasking, following up with clients
-Complete daily assigned task list
Requirements
-2+ years Customer Service experience.
-Professional Phone Skills are essential.
-Willing to obtain 4-40 Florida Property & Casualty License. Licensing assistance provided
-Strong computer and technical skills, including Microsoft Office Suite.
-A team player with a positive attitude and professional demeanor.
-Effective problem-solving and multitasking.
