Job Description
Perform general accounting functions including accounts payable, accounts receivable, journal entries, general ledger maintenance, and account reconciliations. Prepare and reconcile financial statements such as balance sheets and profit & loss reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance with US GAAP/IFRS. Support month-end close, statutory reporting, payroll accounting, and documentation of accounting projects.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 3+ years of accounting experience.
- Strong Excel skills (intermediate to advanced)
- proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Experience with Navision
- payroll systems (ADP preferred).
- Solid understanding of accounting principles
- strong attention to detail,
- effective communication skills.
