B2B Sales Manager – Luxury Bath Tubs & Durable Goods
Location: Miami, FL (or Remote/Hybrid)
Reports to: Sales Director / VP of Sales

Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and driven B2B Sales Manager with a strong background in the luxury bath tub and durable goods industry. This role requires deep industry knowledge, proven success selling tubs and related bath products, and established relationships with brands, distributors, and retail buyers in the home improvement and bath fixture markets.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead B2B sales efforts focused on walk-in tubs, whirlpool bathtubs, and other luxury bath durable goods.

Manage and grow partnerships with distributors, national and regional retailers, and e-commerce platforms specializing in bath products.

Identify and develop new sales opportunities within the luxury tub segment and related durable goods categories.

Collaborate with marketing, product development, and supply chain teams to ensure seamless product launches, promotions, and inventory availability.

Negotiate contracts and agreements with key customers to maximize sales revenue and profitability.

Maintain detailed sales forecasts, pipeline management, and performance tracking.

Represent SWCORP at industry trade shows, conferences, and client meetings to strengthen brand presence and customer relationships.

Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to proactively adjust sales strategies.
Required Experience & Skills:

Minimum 5+ years of B2B sales experience specifically in luxury bath tubs (walk-in tubs, whirlpool tubs) and related durable goods.

Strong existing network and proven success selling to bath product distributors, home improvement retailers, and e-commerce marketplaces.

Deep understanding of industry dynamics, product specifications, and regulatory requirements related to bath tubs and durable goods.

Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.

Experience with multi-channel sales strategies including e-commerce platforms like Wayfair, Home Depot Online, Amazon, etc.

Ability to analyze sales data, forecast accurately, and drive actionable business growth.

Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work both independently and cross-functionally.
Preferred Qualifications:

Prior experience working with premium brands in the bath or durable goods industry.

Knowledge of sourcing, tariffs, and supply chain challenges in the luxury bath product market.

Familiarity with ERP systems such as Acumatica or other sales tracking tools
