About the Role:
Are you a licensed insurance professional who’s passionate about helping people and delivering top-tier customer service? Swyft Financial is looking for a detail-oriented, customer-focused Insurance Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our growing team! Bilingual candidates are a huge plus!
Key Responsibilities:
Answer client inquiries with professionalism and empathy
Explain insurance policies, coverages, and benefits clearly
Identify cross-sell and up-sell opportunities to benefit clients
Document all customer interactions in our CRM system
♻️ Review renewals and help prepare personalized recommendations
Collaborate with team members on complex cases
Monitor KPIs and contribute to customer success goals
What You Bring:
✔️ Strong communication skills (verbal & written) ✍️
✔️ Sales and customer service experience
✔️ A proactive and problem-solving mindset
✔️ Experience in insurance sales or CSR roles (preferred)
✔️ Property & Casualty License — or ability to obtain within 60 days
