Job Overview
We are seeking dependable, self directed, quick learning and detail-oriented Warehouse Workers to join our small and dynamic team. As a Warehouse lead you will play a crucial part in ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse by managing inventory, fulfilling orders, and maintaining a safe and organized work environment. The ideal candidate will have experience with WMS systems (ideally ShipHero), various warehouse equipment and a strong commitment to efficiency and accuracy.
Duties
- Lead and support warehouse staff during daily operations
- Oversee receiving, picking, packing, shipping, and inventory processes
- Ensure order accuracy and workflow efficiency
- Ensure Inventory and location accuracy
- Train new employees and assist with performance guidance
- Operate forklifts, order pickers, pallet jacks, and other equipment
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse
- Support management with problem-solving and task delegation
Requirements
- Verifiable Stable employment history, Job hoppers need not apply (references will be checked)
- Drug-free workplace – pre-employment and random testing required
- Valid driver’s licenseLS
- Pass pre-employment skills testing
- Forklift & Order Picker certification required
- Self Directed with strong work ethic
- Attention to detail
- Computer skills
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication, leadership, and reliability
- Experience in e-commerce or 3PL warehousing is preferred
- Handi-Man skills a plus
