Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day financial transactions, including accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Maintain and update general ledger entries with accuracy.
- Reconcile bank accounts, credit card statements, and other financial records.
- Process invoices, receipts, and payments in a timely manner.
- Work full-time on-site at our Fort Lauderdale, Florida office.
Qualifications
- At least 3 years of experience as a bookkeeper or in a related role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Teams, Outlook).
- Strong grasp of accounting principles and financial regulations.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks independently.
- Diploma or degree in accounting, finance, or a related discipline.
Experience
- Minimum of 3 years (required).
