The role involves working in a non-climate-controlled warehouse, requiring attention to detail and adaptability.
Responsibilities:
• Handle materials and manage warehouse operations, including receiving, packing, and shipping processes.
• Operate a sit-down forklift to load and unload trucks efficiently and safely.
• Utilize a scan gun for inventory management and tracking purposes.
• Perform picking, receiving, and inventory tasks to ensure accurate stock levels.
• Maintain flexibility to work overtime as needed to meet business demands.
• Ensure compliance with safety guidelines while operating warehouse equipment.
• Collaborate with team members to improve workflows and enhance productivity.
• Support inventory audits and assist with stock reconciliation.
• Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment.
• Adapt to the physical demands of working in a non-climate-controlled setting.• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in warehouse operations or a similar environment.
• Proficiency in operating a sit-down forklift; certification is preferred.
• Familiarity with using scan guns for inventory purposes.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow established procedures.
• Reliable attendance and time management skills.
• Flexibility to work overtime when required.
• Ability to thrive in a non-climate-controlled warehouse environment.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
