Location: Boca Raton | Full-Time | Onsite| $20.00/hr

Proforce Pest is hiring Customer Experience Specialists (CES) to join our growing corporate team in Boca Raton. This is a fast-paced, high-energy role where you’ll help customers, solve problems, and protect the business by driving strong retention outcomes.

What You’ll Do
This role is a mix of customer service, retention, and business-minded decision-making. You’ll:
- Handle high-volume inbound calls from customers
- Assist with scheduling, service questions, and account concerns
- De-escalate issues and retain customers whenever possible
- Use strong communication and problem-solving skills to find solutions
- Balance customer satisfaction with the best interest of the business
- Document interactions clearly and accurately
- Work toward performance goals while delivering quality support

Requirements:

- High school diploma or GED (we love grads!).
- Call center or customer service experience? Huge plus.
- Natural communicator with a knack for empathy and active listening.
- Quick thinker with calm confidence—even in high-stress calls.
- Tech-savvy with CRMs and digital tools (FieldRoutes knowledge = bonus points).
- Multilingual? Pest-savvy? Even better.
