Job DescriptionJoin Emerald Green Property Services as a Sales Representative and help homeowners protect and improve their properties with our trusted flood protection and renovation solutions. We’re hiring 10 new reps in Southwest Florida — this is a laydown sale, with product, leads, and scheduled appointments provided. Must have a car.

Respond to incoming leads and proactively generate new sales opportunities
Conduct on-site visits to assess customer needs and gather accurate information for quoting
Prepare and present clear, detailed, and accurate quotes for flood barrier installations
Educate clients on the benefits, features, and compliance requirements of flood barrier systems
Follow up with clients to address questions, negotiate terms, and close sales
Maintain organized CRM records and track all quotes, follow-ups, and sales activity
Consistently meet or exceed sales targets of $10,000 per day or $50,000 per week
Support post-sale coordination to ensure a seamless handoff to the operations team
