Responsibilities:
• Reconcile inventory records to ensure accuracy and resolve discrepancies.
• Conduct inventory cycle counts and provide detailed reports.
• Post inventory adjustments related to work orders to maintain up-to-date records.
• Collaborate with warehouse staff to streamline inventory processes and address any issues.
• Utilize Sage Accounting Software and SAP to manage inventory data and transactions.
• Maintain accurate documentation of inventory activities and adjustments.
• Support light accounting tasks as part of inventory-related processes.
• Monitor inventory levels and notify relevant teams of any critical shortages.
• Identify opportunities for improving inventory management procedures.
• Proven experience in inventory management or similar roles.
• Proficiency in Sage Accounting Software or SAP systems a plus.
• Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• Ability to reconcile inventory data and identify discrepancies.
• Familiarity with inventory cycle counting processes.
• Solid understanding of work order adjustments and related inventory tasks.
