About the Role

We are seeking a motivated Bilingual (English/Spanish) Warehouse & Customer Service Assistant to join our client’s team in Hallandale, FL. This role combines customer service, warehouse operations, and delivery support — with opportunities to learn directly from mechanics and grow within the company.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide bilingual customer service (English/Spanish) for walk-in and call-in clients

• Assist customers with parts inquiries, merchandise walkthroughs, and service questions

• Support mechanics with basic tasks while gaining hands-on experience

• Prepare and deliver golf carts and parts, including loading/unloading for delivery

• Maintain warehouse organization, cleanliness, and safety standards

• Help promote services and follow up with customers regarding parts, repairs, and orders

Requirements

• Fluent in English and Spanish (verbal and written)

• Must pass a background check and drug test (E-Verify required)

• Reliable, safety-conscious, and eager to learn

• Valid driver’s license; ability to assist with golf cart deliveries (training provided)

• Strong communication and customer service skills
