Toscana Little Italy in Jacksonville, FL is looking for an experienced host/hostess to join our strong team. We are located at 4440 Hendricks Avenue.
Our ideal candidate is self-driven, motivated, and engaged. Candidates must also be able to work efficiently in a high volume location.
The successful candidate will play a key role in contributing to our customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Answering the phones and book reservations
- Greeting customers and making them feel welcome
- Estimating wait time for guests
- Assist with to-go orders
Qualifications:
- Friendly and outgoing personality
- Ability to listen and communicate effectively
- Strong organizational and motivational skills
