Administrative Coordinator
Location: Naples, FL 34103

Position Type: Evaluation Hire
Pay: $20.00 per hour

Schedule: Monday through Friday, 9:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., with rotating Saturdays. Candidates must have the ability to work holidays with the exception of Thanksgiving, Christmas, and Easter.

Job Summary:
We are seeking an Administrative Coordinator to join one of the top appliance and electronics companies in Southwest Florida. This role involves a variety of clerical and administrative responsibilities and requires excellent customer service skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Our client is a well-established and highly respected member of the local business community and offers an excellent work environment and benefits.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer service calls and resolve questions or concerns
  • Greet clients and customers and direct them to the appropriate department
  • Enter work orders into the system accurately and efficiently
  • Generate sales activity and administrative reports
  • Prepare daily cash deposits
  • Assist with administrative tasks, including completing paperwork, gathering required information, obtaining approvals, and filing documents
  • Update and maintain key information in Excel spreadsheets
