Seeking an experienced Business Analyst to support the implementation and expansion of SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ) for the Client. In this critical role, you will act as the link between business stakeholders and technical teams, gathering, analyzing, and documenting requirements related to identity governance, automated user provisioning, and application onboarding. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in business analysis, Identity & Access Management (IAM), and stakeholder engagement. Your expertise will enable successful application onboarding, process mapping, and compliance support, ensuring seamless identity management solutions aligned with organizational goals.

Top Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of Business or Systems Analysis experience supporting software development projects
- Deep understanding of Identity & Access Management (IAM), including entitlements, target aggregations, certification campaigns, and application onboarding
Additional Preferred Skills & Certifications:
- SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ) Certification or equivalent
- Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) or PMP, CSM certifications
- Experience with Microsoft DevOps, Power BI, ServiceNow, and Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Public sector or large ERP transformation experience is a plus
