Multimedia Designer

Salary: $80,000 - $90,000

Location: On-site (Pompano Beach, FL) with optional 2 days remote hybrid schedule


Our client is a top national Commercial Cleaning company who is experiencing 30+ years of sustained growth in almost every State across the country. They are building out their best-in-class national Marketing Department and are looking for one of the top Multimedia Designer within the Greater Pompano Beach, FL area to join their team. This role is ideal for a versatile visual storyteller who can translate strategy into compelling design across digital, video, and brand footprints. Position Overview

We are seeking a Multimedia Designer who will partner closely with the marketing team and cross-functional stakeholders to create high-impact visual assets that support band awareness, demand generation, franchisee marketing, and corporate communications. This role requires strong design fundamentals, comfort working across multiple formats, and the ability to balance speed with quality in a fast-paced environment.

This is a Full-Time position and may be performed in-office or as a hybrid. Hours are typically Monday – Friday, 8:30AM – 5:00PM.

Visual Design & Brand Execution

  • Design and produce high-quality visual assets across digital channels, including websites, landing pages, email campaigns, social media, presentations, and paid media.
  • Maintain and evolve brand consistency across all creative outputs while supporting multiple audiences (corporate, B2B prospects, franchisees).
  • Translate creative briefs and business objectives into polished, effective visual concepts.


Video & Motion Content

  • Create and edit short-form video and motion graphics for marketing campaigns, social channels, website content, and internal communications.
  • Support basic videography needs such as filming interviews, events, or brand footage when required.
  • Collaborate with marketing stakeholders to storyboard and execute video concepts aligned with campaign goals.


Creative Operations & Collaboration

  • Partner closely with marketing, digital, content, and external vendors to deliver creative assets on time and on brand.
  • Manage multiple creative projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and quality standards.
  • Organize, maintain, and optimize creative asset libraries for easy reuse and scalability.

Innovation & AI-Enabled Creativity (Bonus)

  • Experiment with AI-assisted tools for design, video, image generation, or creative optimization to improve efficiency and output.
  • ·Stay current on emerging design trends, tools, and best practices that elevate creative quality and team productivity.

About You

  • You are a creative problem-solver who balances aesthetics with business impact.
  • 3–6 years of experience in graphic design, visual design, or creative production—ideally within a marketing or in-house brand team.
  • Strong understanding of visual hierarchy, typography, color theory, and layout.
  • Comfortable working across both static and motion-based creative formats.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Collaborative, adaptable, and open to feedback.

Preferred Skills & Tools

  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro).
  • Experience with video editing, motion graphics, and basic videography.
  • Familiarity with web and digital design best practices.
  • Experience with AI-powered creative tools (e.g., generative design, video, or image tools) is a plus.
  • Comfort working with project management tools (Asana, Monday, Trello).
  • Bonus: Experience supporting franchise, multi-location, or B2B brands.
