Youll work with agency-provided leads, helping customers find the right insurance solutions while working toward clear sales goals.

Compensation:

This position includes a base salary plus commission. The listed salary range reflects a reasonable estimate of first-year earnings. Actual earnings will vary based on individual performance.

Responsibilities

What You'll Do:

• Contact prospects using agency-provided leads
• Build rapport with prospects to identify the insurance solutions that best fit their needs
• Proactively sell and cross-sell property and casualty insurance products
• Educate clients on policy features, and coverage options
• Work toward individual and team sales goals
