We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Vice President of Sales to lead our Sales & Marketing department! As the Vice President of Sales, you will develop and execute the sales strategy necessary to drive revenue growth for the company. If you have a deep understanding of enterprise mobility, market trends, and addressing clients needs through solution selling, we want you to join us.

You will have the opportunity to work across multiple stakeholder groups within Social Mobile, helping to drive strategy based on customer and market requirements. You will be responsible for
creating and owning the go-to-market plans for existing and new products, acting as the subject matter expert for our clients and partners, while also supporting our market engagement needs through training and support. You will manage the organization that supports all our partners, direct clients, sales channels, and existing customer base.

The ideal candidate will have formal sales training, industry-wide relationships that can be leveraged to grow the company and ensure success, experience in building and leading high-performing sales teams, and a track record of achieving aggressive sales targets.


Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to drive revenue growth and market share expansion across key enterprise segments.
  • Oversee and optimize the sales process, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in lead generation, qualification, and closing strategies.
  • Develop and implement new sales processes, pipelines, account planning, proposals, renewals, revenue goals, and continuous sales engagement.
  • Lead and manage a team of sales leaders, ensuring that each team member is equipped to meet and exceed sales goals. Provide ongoing coaching, mentorship, training and performance management.
  • Support all sales directors in their day-to-day responsibilities for their respective verticals.
  • Create and own go-to-market plans for existing and new products, ensuring they are aligned with customers, and market needs to maximize sales opportunities.
  • Create and manage sales team incentives to achieve the right metrics and behaviors.
  • Own the sales processes and dashboards through CRM to accurately report on sales performance, pipeline growth, and probability/close rate.
  • Provide regular sales forecasts and performance reports to senior leadership, utilizing data and analytics to make informed decisions.
  • Lead by example in market presence to develop new accounts and opportunities.
  • Monitor the strategies and processes across the revenue cycle from client acquisition to engagement, and payment to satisfaction.
  • Support direct and channel sales efforts to drive more business and opportunities.
  • Support finance, professional services, client success, and other internal departments to deliver client expectations.
  • Develop and manage in-depth analytics and metrics to manage the sales process, resulting in consistent pipeline growth, and increasing sales acceleration & probability/close rate.
  • Drive ongoing account management in partnership with Client Success to ensure satisfaction and drive additional expansion opportunities.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders across Marketing, Product, Operations, & Finance. Own the assessment of the competitive landscape and technologies to help formulate and refine product/ Go to Market/ service &/ support strategies.
  • Actively participate in online thought leadership through active promotion of company events, values, technology, capabilities, and business wins across social media platforms.
  • Stay current on industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to identify new opportunities and threats, adjusting sales strategies accordingly.
  • Employees will be required to adhere to Social Mobile's information security policies and procedures.

Requirements:


  • Bachelors degree in business administration, sales or a related field is required
  • Certified Professional Sales Leader certification (CPSL) is preferred
  • 15+ years of B2B sales leadership experience, working with enterprise size clients
  • Prior experience selling MDM, and mobility management service
  • Experience running a global sales team with multiple avenues for attaining revenue goals (channel, direct, telco, etc.)
    Excellent skills with MicrosoftOffice Suite applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive)
    Knowledge and experience in the managed mobility service industry
  • Proven track record of developing GTM strategies in multiple verticals
  • Proven negotiation and closing proficiency
  • Ability to easily move others to action by planning, motivating, organizing, and overseeing work being done
  • Proven experience in building and managing relationships with Fortune clients/partners
  • Experience with Android Enterprise
  • Ability to provide a good balance of risk taking and judgment
  • Ability to channel different points of view, creating a team atmosphere while achieving key objectives
  • Knowledge of Monday, Hubspot or other CRM or project management platform is preferred
  • Extensive telecommunications industry experience is preferred
  • Travel expectation 25%
