Job Title: Customer Care & Warehouse Associate (Dual Role)
Location: Miami Gardens, FL
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM (Full-Time, On-site)
Rate: $15-16/hour
Type: Temp-to-Perm
Position Summary:
Our client in the Miami Gardens area is seeking a Customer Care & Warehouse Associate for a dual role combining front-line customer support with warehouse duties. This positon is ideal for someone who enjoys both administrative and hands-on work. The ideal candidate will be bilingual (English/Spanish REQUIRED), have strong communication and multitasking skills, and be comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Service (CSR) Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email regarding orders, quotes, product details, and tracking information.
- Provide accurate information on pricing, availability, and shipping.
- Maintain a professional and helpful tone in all interactions.
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records in the system.
- Develop product knowledge to assist customers effectively.
- Manage multiple tasks and prioritize work in a fast-paced setting.
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure excellent service delivery.
- Enter client orders and process accordingly for shipping.
- Respond to emails and handle clerical duties professionally and accurately.
Warehouse Support Responsibilities:
- Assist with basic warehouse tasks including picking, packing, and organizing products.
- Help with order preparation and inventory checks.
- Must be able to lift 40–50 lbs as needed throughout the day.
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment in the warehouse area.
Skills & Qualifications:
- 2–5 years of experience in customer service or sales.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to lift 40–50 lbs regularly.
- Comfortable conducting business over the phone and via email.
- Detail-oriented with solid organizational skills.
- Basic computer skills (Word, Excel, data entry)
- Team player with a positive and adaptable attitude.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is REQUIRED.
- Must be punctual, reliable, and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
