We are seeking client focused self motivated Insurance Brokers to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional service to school district employees located in Palm beach County, Florida. The primary goal is help our clients navigate the complexities surrounding the FRS (Florida Retirement System) as well as fill the income gap with company sponsored plans. We offer our agents a unique opportunity to serve a workforce who wants the information along with the products that we provide. Our agents are required to have a solid understanding of the Florida State Retirement System (FRS) and TSA products such as 403B/457 and IRA’s. This along with the ability to match a plan to the right client’s situation by listening to the key indicators the client shares. The crucial role you will play in ensuring our clients are receiving the best coverage possible, is one of the key components to our success.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients through effective communication and personalized service.
- Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand client requirements and recommend appropriate insurance solutions.
- Negotiate terms and conditions of retirement plans to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
- Administer benefits programs, ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations and maintaining confidentiality of client information.
- Engage in outside sales activities, including networking events and on-site presentations in schools through out Palm Beach county..
- Utilize telemarketing techniques to reach potential clients and promote retirement products effectively.
- Maintain accurate sales administration records, tracking leads, sales progress, and client interactions.
- Stay up to date on all carrier required trainings and licensing.
- Must have E & O Insurance and an active Insurance license.
Experience
- Proven experience in insurance sales or a related field is preferred.
- Strong negotiation skills with a track record of closing sales effectively.
- Experience in outside sales or group plan presenting is a plus.
- Multilingual candidates are encouraged to apply as they can better serve diverse clientele.
- A solid understanding of non variable retirement plans will be beneficial for success in this role.
