PrideStaff, on behalf of our client in Deerfield, is seeking a dynamic and experienced HR professional to join their team. This is an in-office position, Monday through Friday, with no exceptions.
The ideal candidate will be a well-rounded individual with a strong background in benefits administration, recruiting, and HR policy management. You will play a key role in attracting and retaining top talent, ensuring HR policies are fair and effective, and managing employee benefits programs.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the full-cycle recruiting process, including job posting, sourcing, interviewing, and offer negotiation.
- Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates.
- Oversee the new hire onboarding process to ensure a smooth and positive experience.
- Administer and manage all employee benefit programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, paid time off, and other perks.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for employee benefits questions and issues.
- Conduct annual benefits review and renewal processes.
- Develop, update, and enforce HR policies and procedures in accordance with federal and state regulations.
- Ensure all company policies are communicated effectively to employees and management.
- Provide guidance and support to employees and managers on HR-related issues.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- Proven experience in a similar HR role with a focus on recruiting, benefits, and policy management.
- Strong knowledge of federal and state employment laws and regulations.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
