We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Bilingual Spanish Sales Representative to join our team in Pompano Beach, Florida. In this Contract to permanent position, you will play a critical role in supporting sales activities, maintaining customer relationships, and driving business growth. Responsibilities:

• Maintain strong relationships with existing customers, ensuring consistent sales presentations and maximizing profitability.

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research, networking, and participation in industry events.

• Analyze customer needs to recommend suitable products and services, staying informed about market trends and innovations.

• Provide accurate product information, pricing details, and practical training to customers, addressing inquiries and concerns.

• Coordinate delivery schedules in collaboration with the transportation department and resolve any issues during the order process.

• Participate in company activities aimed at promoting sales, enhancing product knowledge, and fostering positive customer relations.

• Manage accounts receivable by collaborating with the credit department and ensuring timely collection of balances.

• Stay updated on competitor activities and market conditions, sharing valuable insights with customers as part of value-added services.

• Complete special projects and handle miscellaneous assignments as needed, ensuring deadlines are met despite challenges.

• Work independently while managing multiple tasks, interruptions, and discrepancies effectively.

• Associate degree required; Bachelor's degree in Business preferred.

• Bilingual Spanish required

• At least 2 years of experience in wholesale or large-scale produce sales.

• Strong customer service skills and ability to build lasting relationships.

• Proficiency in computer applications, including Office software and other relevant tools.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

• Organized, self-motivated, and capable of managing multiple responsibilities.

• Ability to work collaboratively within a team while maintaining a high level of independence.

• Strong problem-solving skills and perseverance to ensure issues are resolved effectively.
