About the Role
As an HRBP, you’ll serve as a trusted advisor to leadership and a champion for employees, helping align HR strategies with business goals. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys solving complex people challenges, and is passionate about fostering a positive workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with regional and functional leaders to develop and execute HR strategies that support business objectives.
- Lead initiatives across the employee lifecycle: onboarding, performance management, compensation, promotions, and offboarding.
- Provide guidance on employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local labor laws and internal policies.
- Use HR metrics and analytics to inform decision-making and track progress on key initiatives.
- Collaborate with Talent Acquisition and Learning & Development teams to support recruitment, retention, and career growth.
- Drive diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) efforts and employee engagement programs.
- Support organizational design and change management projects.
Qualifications
- Bilingual Spanish/English is required
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s or HR certification preferred).
- 5+ years of progressive HR experience, ideally in a business partner or generalist capacity.
- Strong understanding of employment laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication, coaching, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems (e.g., Workday, ADP) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams
Pay Details: $55.00 to $60.00 per hour
