**Key Responsibilities:**

- Provide exceptional customer service to all guests, responding to inquiries and resolving issues promptly and courteously. - Assist in the maintenance and cleanliness of the lagoon area, ensuring all facilities are kept in pristine condition. - Support in setting up and organizing events, activities, and promotions to enhance guest experiences. - Work collaboratively with team members to create a welcoming and inclusive atmosphere for guests of all ages and backgrounds. - Adhere to safety protocols and emergency procedures to ensure the safety and well-being of guests and fellow team members.

**Qualifications:**
