Position Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Housekeeping Manager to oversee and ensure the highest cleanliness and pleasant atmosphere for our guests. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in hotel housekeeping management and be capable of leading and motivating a team to meet our high standards.

Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, organize, and direct team members to ensure the highest degree of guest satisfaction aligned with our brand standards.
- Manage daily activities of the housekeeping department, including maintaining a high-quality standard of cleanliness in guest rooms, public areas, offices, and banquet/meeting/conference rooms.
- Develop and implement efficient cleaning processes and procedures.
- Conduct regular inspections of rooms and public areas to ensure adherence to cleanliness, sanitation, and company standards.
- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and linen; ensure adherence to budget and effective cost control strategies.
- Recruit, train, and evaluate team members to continually meet the hotel’s high standards of performance.
- Handle guest complaints, concerns, and requests with professionalism and urgency.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure overall guest satisfaction and seamless operations.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and hotel policies.

Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Housekeeping Manager or similar role in a hotel setting.
- Strong leadership skills with a demonstrated ability to manage, train, and inspire staff effectively, Marriott standards knowledge a plus.
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and a passion for maintaining high cleanliness standards.
- Proficient in using housekeeping management software.
- Exceptional communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
