About Us
Allied Health Agency is a fast-growing, call-center-driven brokerage specializing in life, health, Medicare, and ancillary insurance products. We operate in a high-energy environment with a strong focus on compliance, sales performance, and innovative distribution. As we expand, we’re seeking a motivated, entrepreneurial Chief Operating Officer (COO) to drive daily operations and help scale the business.
Role Overview
The COO will serve as the right hand to the CEO, responsible for translating strategy into execution. You’ll oversee daily operations, sales performance, compliance monitoring, and process efficiency. This role is ideal for someone ambitious, hands-on, and eager to grow with the company.
Key Responsibilities
• Operational Leadership: Manage day-to-day operations of the call center and sales teams.
• Sales Performance Oversight: Track KPIs, ensure reps are hitting quotas, and optimize commission structures.
• Process & Compliance: Build and enforce systems to maintain full compliance with insurance regulations and agency agreements.
• Team Management: Recruit, train, and mentor new agents; implement accountability systems.
• Technology & Tools: Oversee CRM (Enrollment123), reporting dashboards, and call systems to ensure efficiency.
• Execution Partner: Work directly with the CEO on scaling new product lines, entering new states, and onboarding new uplines/downlines.
• Problem Solving: Tackle day-to-day issues quickly — from staff turnover to call campaign performance.
What We’re Looking For
• 3–7 years of experience in sales management, call center operations, or insurance brokerage.
• Strong leadership skills; proven ability to manage teams.
• Process-oriented, detail-driven, and compliance-minded.
• Comfortable in a high-volume, performance-driven environment.
• Entrepreneurial mindset — motivated by growth, not just salary.
• Insurance license preferred but not required (can be obtained within 60 days).
Compensation
• Starting Salary: $75,000 with earning potential of $100,000 based on performance
• Performance Bonus: Commission override or profit-share tied to team performance.
• Equity / Phantom Equity: Potential for equity stake as milestones are achieved.
• Growth Path: Potential to step into President/CEO role as business expands.
