Bilingual Apartment Leasing Consultant – Full-Time

$18–$19/hour (DOE)
️Monday–Friday | 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
Are you a people person with a passion for real estate and customer service? We're looking for a motivated and outgoing Bilingual Leasing Consultant to join our team in Fort Myers, FL (33916). This is a full-time, on-site position with consistent weekday hours — no weekends required!
What You’ll Do:
- Greet and assist prospective residents, providing property tours and showcasing apartment features
- Respond promptly to phone, email, and walk-in inquiries
- Assist with the leasing process from application to move-in
- Maintain accurate records of traffic, leasing activity, and renewals
- Build strong relationships with current and prospective residents
- Collaborate with property management and maintenance teams to ensure a great living experience
What We’re Looking For:
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
- Prior leasing, sales, or customer service experience (preferred)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional demeanor with strong organizational abilities
- Ability to multitask and stay detail-oriented in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable using leasing/property management software (e.g., Yardi, AppFolio, etc.)
