Job DescriptionCustomer Service Representative Location: West Palm Beach, FL Schedule: Monday - Friday (7:30am - 4:00pm) Hourly Rate: $15 Pay Frequency: Monthly About Us: Nepa Wholesale, established in 2009, is a premier distributor of e-cigarettes, tobacco, and related products located in West Palm Beach, FL. We are seeking motivated, punctual individuals to join our expanding team. Responsibilities:

<li>Answer customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person</li>
<li>Provide accurate information and timely solutions</li>
<li>Manage and resolve customer complaints efficiently</li>
<li>Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions</li>
<li>Process orders, forms, and requests</li>
<li>Coordinate with internal departments</li>
</ul>
Qualifications:
<ul>
<li>High School Diploma</li>
<li>Previous customer service experience required</li>
<li>Excellent communication skills in English (bilingual in Spanish or Hindi is a plus)</li>
<li>Proficient in computer skills, including data entry</li>
<li>Ability to handle high call volumes professionally</li>
<li>Experience working in a C-store, vape shop is a plus</li>
