We are looking for a dedicated Senior Accountant to join our team in Miami, Florida. In this role, you will handle key accounting tasks, ensuring financial accuracy, compliance, and efficiency. This position offers the opportunity to contribute to financial reporting and reconciliation processes while supporting organizational goals.
Responsibilities:
• Perform detailed general ledger account reconciliations and verify data accuracy to support financial decision-making.
• Assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes, including journal entries and balance sheet reconciliations.
• Prepare and review financial reports, such as cash flow statements and variance analyses, to provide insights on operational results.
• Maintain accurate records and reports on profit and loss, liabilities, taxes, and assets.
• Create and analyze special financial reports as requested by management to identify trends and opportunities.
• Monitor and suggest improvements to accounting policies and procedures to enhance efficiency and compliance.
• Ensure timely processing of customer invoices and payments while maintaining accuracy.
• Collaborate with internal and external teams to identify and resolve discrepancies in financial data.
• Support audits and provide documentation as needed to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Assist in managing accounts receivable and collections processes to maintain healthy cash flow.

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of three years of detail-oriented accounting experience.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and familiarity with US accounting standards.
• Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Proficiency in performing account reconciliations and preparing journal entries.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills to manage competing priorities effectively.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail for accurate financial reporting.
• Experience with accounts receivable, collections, and payroll reconciliation processes.
