Join our dynamic team as an Owner Relationship Manager, where you’ll take the lead in building strong, lasting partnerships with our homeowners. This is a hands-on, relationship-focused role perfect for someone who’s organized, personable, and passionate about delivering exceptional service.
As the primary liaison between our company and our property owners, you’ll ensure that every owner feels supported, informed, and valued. You’ll manage communications, resolve issues, and provide personalized updates — all while strengthening loyalty and enhancing the overall ownership experience.
What You’ll Do
- Build Lasting Relationships: Serve as the main point of contact for your assigned owner portfolio, responding to calls, emails, and inquiries with professionalism and care.
- Weekly Check-Ins: Conduct personalized calls or messages to review property performance, share updates, and answer owner questions.
- Owner Portal Support: Assist owners with portal access, reservations, and troubleshooting to ensure a smooth digital experience.
- Statement Accuracy: Review and verify monthly owner statements, addressing questions or discrepancies proactively.
- Maintain Property Listings: Keep all property details current, including amenities, photos, and descriptions.
- Coordinate with Field Teams: Work with inspectors and maintenance staff to ensure properties meet company standards and issues are promptly resolved.
- Resolve Guest Issues: Mediate owner-guest concerns with professionalism and empathy to protect both relationships and reputation.
What You’ll Bring
- At least 1 year of hospitality or customer service experience (vacation rental experience preferred).
- Strong communication and phone etiquette skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.
- Excellent attention to detail, organization, and follow-through.
- Ability to balance independent work with team collaboration.
- A proactive, “go-getter” attitude and genuine passion for helping others.
