The Role at a Glance
- The Role — Associate Wealth Advisor (Career Track), is a 70% client service / 30% growth role designed for a high-potential professional who wants a clear path to Wealth Advisor.
- You will work directly with clients, support the Lead Wealth Advisor, and progressively take on greater responsibility — including servicing client relationships, participating in growth initiatives, and developing into a future producer.
- This role is ideal for someone who wants real responsibility, real mentorship, and a clear runway forward — not a dead-end seat.
- Work style: 100% in-office (Maitland, FL)

Key Responsibilities and What You’ll Do
- Service existing clients on behalf of the Lead Wealth Advisor (RMDs, retirement planning, investment planning, income plans, tax planning, healthcare planning, distributions, legacy planning support, etc.)
- Prepare for and follow up after client meetings to ensure a smooth, high-quality client experience
- Lead client progress reviews via in-person, conference call, and Zoom visits.
- Assist with retirement income planning and client strategy implementation
- Work with custodians and financial institutions to open, close, transfer, and maintain accounts
- Process service requests, transactions, and new business processing accurately handling all paperwork from start to finish.
- Maintain detailed and accurate client files and documentation
- Record all client interactions and notes in the CRM
- Input and update client financial information in planning software
- Communicate proactively with clients to ensure fast, professional follow-through
- Participate in weekly pipeline and team meetings
- Support seminars, live events, and educational clinics
- Follow established processes and help improve workflows
- Flex and provide backup support to the team when needed
Skills & Experience
Required
- Bachelor’s degree
- 1–3 years of experience in financial services
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- High attention to detail and follow-through
- Ability to prioritize, manage time, and work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong client-service mindset and ability to adapt easily to a proven process
- Coachable, positive, and self-directed
- Comfortable working within regulatory and compliance requirements
- Working knowledge of technology and financial systems
Licensing
- Active Florida Health & Life Insurance License
- Series 65 (preferred)
- If not currently held, candidate must be willing to obtain it within 3–6 months of hire
