Thrust Aviation is seeking high-performing outbound sales professionals to join our Private Jet Charter team in an entry-level, call-driven role. This position can be fully remote or based out of our Boca Raton, Florida office, depending on your preference.
This is not a closing role, yet. It's built for someone who thrives in high-volume outbound sales, can generate their own leads, and wants a clear path into the private aviation industry, with full training and growth opportunities.
We’re looking for individuals with proven outbound call experience, strong communication skills, and the energy to handle 100+ calls per day. If you're currently working in SDR, BDR, inside sales, telemarketing, or appointment setting and are ready to move into a more exciting and premium industry, this role is your entry point.

You’ll be on the front lines, reaching out to leads in our CRM, prospecting new opportunities, qualifying interest, and connecting live prospects with our experienced brokers for quoting and follow-up.
We’ll train you on everything you need to know about private aviation. But what we can’t train is the discipline, consistency, and enthusiasm needed to make daily calls, stay organized, and follow up relentlessly, that has to come from you.

Key Responsibilities

Make 80–120 outbound calls daily using our CRM and dialer

Prospect and create your own leads via cold calls, referrals, LinkedIn, and re-engagement

Log all outreach, follow-up tasks, and lead notes accurately in the CRM

Qualify inbound leads and hand off high-intent prospects to our Charter Brokers
-
Set live transfers or scheduled appointments for Senior Brokers

Maintain a clean, organized pipeline with clear next steps

Hit weekly KPIs around call volume, lead generation, and qualified transfers
-
Learn key private aviation concepts, client types, and service offerings
-
Participate in sales coaching and ongoing training
Required Qualifications

1+ year of outbound phone sales experience (SDR, BDR, call center, etc.)

Proven ability to generate your own leads, not just dial from pre-loaded lists
-
Strong organizational skills, with follow-through and CRM discipline

Comfortable setting appointments, tracking pipeline stages, and managing tasks

Excellent phone presence and ability to guide conversations

Fluent English (spoken and written)

CRM experience required (GoHighLevel, Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar)

Self-motivated, coachable, and consistent under pressure

Able to work U.S. business hours, remotely or from our Boca Raton office
Compensation
This is primarily a commission-based entry-level role with performance-based earning. You’ll earn commissions from trips booked via leads you qualify, with clear KPIs and expectations.
For candidates with a strong outbound sales track record, consistent performance, and the ability to self-prospect at a high level, we’re open to discussing a base + commission structure as part of your growth path.
Top performers will be invited into our Jr. Broker training track, with access to increased commission and full charter sales responsibilities.
