Job Description:
Mariner Sands Country Club is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional service to our members and guests, ensuring a memorable dining experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently
- Serve food and drinks to guests, ensuring timely delivery
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area
- Assist with setting up and breaking down dining events
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service
- Address guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly
- Uphold the highest standards of food safety and hygiene
Skills and Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a server or hospitality role preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Team player with a positive attitude
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

Qualification Requirements:
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and practices
- Basic culinary knowledge to answer customer questions about menu items
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Familiarity with POS systems and cash register operation
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with customers and team members
