I. Job Summary
The Sales & Marketing Coordinator supports departmental operations by assisting with sales initiatives, marketing projects, events, digital assets, and administrative functions. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, professionalism, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a collaborative environment
II. Essential Job Functions
A. Prepare files and documents for periodic meetings chaired or attended by the Sales/Marketing Team
B. Assist Sales & Marketing Team with projects
C. Onsite Event Support
D. Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence
E. File correspondence and documents
F. Input and update database
G. Answer telephone calls and handle inquiries professionally
H. Design/create & maintain collateral for events and sales & marketing
I. VIP Alerts/Resumes
J. Handle communication with clients on behalf of sales and marketing personnel
K. Assist Sales and Marketing staff with administrative tasks
L. Perform any other reasonable duties as required by the DOSM
M. Review and organize digital assets
N. Website/digital support
O. Handle department’s invoices according to procedures
P. Opera Administrator
III. Education, Experience and Skill Requirements
A. Strong verbal and written communication skills required
B. Computer literacy which is not limited to: Microsoft Office, Excel and Power point
C. Adobe suite and basic html knowledge (preferred)
D. Excellent typing and organizational skills
E. Must maintain a high degree of confidentiality
F. Detail oriented
G. Must possess ability to coordinate with multiple tasks and meet deadlines
H. Excellent communication skills both written/verbal in the English language
I. Requires high levels of interaction with all members of staff. Possess high degree of stamina, agility and flexibility
J. Able to present themselves with an uplifting personality.
K. Strong level of professionalism must be displayed at all times
L. Exceptional customer service and problem-solving skills
