Asian Restaurant General Manager
Full-Service | Guest-Driven | Leadership Role
We are seeking an experienced and passionate General Manager to lead our Asian restaurant concept and deliver exceptional guest experiences. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader who excels in fast-paced environments, values team development, and takes pride in operational excellence and hospitality.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee all daily restaurant operations
- Ensure every guest receives a memorable, high-quality dining experience
- Supervise and coordinate kitchen and front-of-house teams
- Maintain excellence in food quality, presentation, and consistency
- Recruit, train, coach, and develop high-performing team members
- Create and manage staff schedules aligned with business needs
- Resolve guest concerns with professionalism and urgency
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and sanitation standards
Qualifications
- Proven experience in restaurant management or hospitality leadership
- Strong understanding of full-service restaurant operations
- Confident, hands-on leadership style with excellent communication skills
