Job Title: Customer Service Advisor (Bilingual – English/Korean, Vietnamese, or Spanish)

This individual will play a key role in supporting our international applicants and maintaining strong client relationships.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person with professionalism and empathy
- Provide accurate and clear information about our recruitment services and programs
- Maintain up-to-date records of all customer interactions in the CRM system
- Guide applicants through the step-by-step process of documentation, payments, and timelines
- Coordinate internally with advisors and case managers to ensure timely responses and follow-ups
- Identify common concerns or trends in inquiries and report them to management for continuous improvement
- Participate in internal training sessions to stay current on program requirements, procedures, and updates
Qualifications:
- Bilingual in English and Korean, Vietnamese, or Spanish (Required)
- Prior experience in customer service, immigration services, education consulting, or related fields preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to multitask, stay organized, and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Professional demeanor with a client-first mindset
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with CRM systems is a plus
