Responsibilities
Responsibilities for the Insurance Sales Representative:
Conduct outbound and receive inbound sales calls, emails, and client meetings using agency-provided leads
Create insurance quotes, make sales presentations, and close sales
Establish client relationships and follow up with clients
Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly client support
Meet or exceed monthly sales targets - $50K premium per month
Maintain a strong work ethic with total commitment to success each day
Develop new financial service opportunities with both existing and new clients
Requirements
Active Florida 2-20, 20-44 or 4-40 P&C license REQUIRED
Proven sales experience, ideally in insurance, with verifiable results ($40K+ premium/month)
Excellent communication skills: written, verbal, and listening (fluent in Spanish is a big plus)
Self-starter with a competitive drive, thriving in a fast-paced environment, not afraid to work the phones, willing to work a regular 11AM - 7PM or 12:00PM - 8PM Schedule
