Job Description:
We are looking for a Dispatcher with a valid CDL license and excellent English skills to coordinate daily transportation and logistics operations for Alexim Miami. This position combines administrative coordination with hands-on operational support, including pickups, cargo transport to the airport, and vehicle escorting when needed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate dispatches and cargo deliveries with available drivers to ensure route efficiency and on-time performance.
• Supervise the availability and condition of trailers and trucks.
• Manage DOT documentation, insurance, and inspections.
• Handle drivers’ schedules, vacations, and emergency coverage.
• Enforce safety and accident protocols.
• Assist with transportation operations as needed (pickups, escorting, airport cargo runs).
• Maintain constant communication with the team through digital tools (Teams, email, etc.).

Requirements:

• Active CDL license (required).
• Advanced English (spoken and written).
• Strong computer skills: Excel, Teams, Windows, email, etc.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in dispatch, transportation, or logistics coordination.
• Basic knowledge of DOT regulations and airport processes (preferred).
• Excellent organization, attention to detail, and quick problem-solving skills.
• Immediate availability.
