We’re a boutique real estate company located in the heart of vibrant South Beach, Miami—and we’re looking for a detail-oriented Part-Time Bookkeeper with QuickBooks expertise to help keep our finances running smoothly.

What You’ll Do
- Prepare and send invoices in QuickBooks.
- Process payments and cut checks to vendors.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable.
- Record, categorize, and reconcile transactions.
- Reconcile bank accounts and credit cards.
- Assist with monthly and quarterly reporting.
- Keep financial records neat, accurate, and organized (digital + paper).
- Support other bookkeeping tasks as needed.
What We’re Looking For
- 2+ years of bookkeeping experience with QuickBooks (required).
- Strong knowledge of invoicing, payments, and A/P & A/R processes.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented.
- Able to work independently while maintaining confidentiality.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word a plus).
- Experience in real estate a plus, but not required.
