Job DescriptionLHH is working with a client in the premium fabric and wallcoverings industry to hire a detail-oriented Customer Sales Admin for their Hollywood, FL office. This role is key to supporting the sales and operations teams and ensuring timely responses to customer and internal requests.
Responsibilities
• Manage and respond to incoming inquiries from a shared email request inbox
• Provide administrative support to the sales team and office as needed
• Process orders, track requests, and maintain accurate documentation
• Communicate professionally with internal teams in both the U.S. and France
• Support data entry, reporting, and customer service functions
• Assist with general office coordination tasks as required
• Participate in an annual international trade show trip to Paris
Requirements
• Minimum 2 years of administrative experience
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office
• Experience working in a structured, fast-paced administrative environment
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to multitask and manage priorities effectively
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Successful completion of a math and logic assessment (required)
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics or similar systems is a plus
Compensation & Benefits
• Hourly pay up to $25 per hour (paid monthly mid month)
• 40 hours per week, onsite role in Hollywood, FL

• 3 weeks of vacation to start; increases to 20 days after 2 years
• Annual trip to France for an industry trade show
