Job Summary:
We are seeking an Inventory Process Control Specialist to support inventory accuracy, data integrity, and operational efficiency. This role is ideal for an Inventory Specialist with strong computer and data entry skills and experience in a manufacturing or distribution environment. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable working with Microsoft Dynamics 365.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate inventory records through timely and precise data entry
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with cycle counts and audits
- Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies
- Process inventory transactions including receipts, transfers, and adjustments
- Ensure compliance with inventory control procedures and internal policies
- Generate inventory reports and support operational and accounting teams
- Communicate effectively with warehouse, production, and purchasing teams
Requirements:
- Previous experience in inventory control, manufacturing, or distribution
- Strong computer and data entry skills with high attention to detail
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (required)
- Bilingual: English and Spanish (required)
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with cycle counts and inventory audits
- Understanding of inventory processes and controls
- ERP system experience beyond Dynamics 365 is a plus
