Maxxima is seeking a reliable, motivated part-time Warehouse Clerk to join our new distribution center in Lake Park, FL. Be part of our foundational team and help drive productive daily operations through accurate processing, picking, packing, shipping, and receiving of LED lighting and electrical products.
Pay Rate: $18–$20/hour, based on qualifications and experience
Work Hours: 16-24 hours per week - Monday and Tuesday, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM (occasional Wednesdays as needed)

What You’ll Do:
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment
- Receive, inspect products for defects and damages, and log incoming shipments
- Organize, restock, and help maintain inventory accuracy in the warehouse
- Keep the warehouse clean, safe, and organized
What We’re Looking For:
- High school diploma or GED required
- 1+ year of warehouse experience preferred
- Reliable, consistent team player able to work independently and collaboratively
- Proficient in spoken and written English for effective communication and safety
- Detail-oriented with strong time management and a productivity-focused mindset
- Able to prioritize tasks and work with a sense of urgency
- Physically able to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs.
- Comfortable in a non-climate-controlled warehouse environment
- Basic tech skills required
- Forklift certification a plus
