We are seeking reliable staff to conduct secret shopping routes at retail and hospitality establishments. These assignments involve the pursuit of purchasing alcohol and tobacco products, evaluating ID verification and customer service practices, and submitting reports to ensure compliance with state regulations.
Eligibility Requirement:
Due to program and legal compliance standards, participants must meet specific eligibility criteria. For this assignment, eligible candidates are those within the 21–25 age range.
Responsibilities:
- Complete assigned alcohol and tobacco secret shopping routes
- Observe and document compliance with ID verification and sales procedures
- Submit accurate reports through the program’s platform
- Maintain professionalism and confidentiality at all times
Qualifications:
- Must meet program eligibility criteria (21–25 years old)
- Strong attention to detail and communication skills
- Reliable transportation to complete routes across Florida
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
