About Us:
We are a busy and growing personal injury law firm dedicated to providing compassionate and professional legal services to our clients. We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Remote Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our clients and provide administrative support to our legal team.
Key Responsibilities:

Answer and route incoming phone calls in a professional and courteous manner

Greet clients virtually and provide an excellent first impression of the firm

Manage voicemail, emails, and messages, ensuring prompt responses and follow-ups

Schedule and confirm client appointments

Maintain client intake information and update case management systems

Provide general administrative support to attorneys and staff as needed
Qualifications:
- MUST SPEAK SPANISH

Prior receptionist, call center, or administrative experience (law firm or legal industry experience preferred but not required)

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Ability to remain professional, calm, and empathetic with clients who may be under stress

Highly organized with strong attention to detail

Comfortable using technology such as VoIP phone systems, video conferencing, and case management software

Reliable internet connection and quiet, professional home office environment
