Position Overview:
We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Client & Order Support Coordinator to join our team. This role combines customer service with essential back-office responsibilities, supporting both our clients and sales representatives throughout the entire order process, from inquiry to delivery.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer and sales rep inquiries regarding products, orders, and timelines.
- Process new orders and pass them on accurately to the production team.
- Track orders in production and provide clients with timely updates.
- Coordinate shipping and ensure smooth delivery of all outgoing orders.
- Maintain clear records and communicate effectively across departments.
- Assist in resolving order or delivery issues with professionalism and care.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in customer service, order management, or logistics (preferred).
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Clear, friendly communication — both written and verbal.
- Comfortable working with internal systems and tracking tools.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Team player with a helpful, problem-solving mindset.
