Roofing Business Partner / Operator (Profit Share Only)
Compensation: Profit-share only (percentage of net profit; details discussed with qualified candidates) Note: Profit-share is based on net profit after job costs and agreed overhead.
Additional upside: The operator may also earn sales commissions on self-generated/closed jobs, based on performance and agreed structure.
I am seeking a true business operator to take full control of the daily operations, growth, and profitability of an established residential roofing company in South Florida.
This is not an employment position. If you are looking for a salaried job, benefits, or guaranteed pay, this is not a fit.
This is a profit-share partnership opportunity for an experienced roofing professional who wants to run a business, not work a job.
The Opportunity
- Established South Florida roofing company with nearly 20 years of history
- Residential re-roofs and repairs (with room to expand into commercial)
- General Contractor’s license available to unlock additional revenue
- No startup costs, no ground-up build — you step into an existing operation
- Significant upside tied directly to performance and profitability
- Long-term exit planned, with opportunity to participate in or purchase the business
You will have full operational authority and my full support where needed.
Your income will be directly tied to how well you grow and manage the business.
Who This Is For
This role is for someone who:
- Has already run or helped scale a roofing business
- Understands job costing, margins, cash flow, and P&L
- Can generate qualified leads, manage marketing spend, and close profitable work
- Can recruit, manage, and hold teams accountable
- Builds systems instead of relying on hustle alone
- Wants autonomy, ownership, and uncapped upside

Core Responsibilities
- Own lead generation, marketing, and sales performance
- Oversee production, scheduling, vendors, and crews
- Ensure jobs are profitable and well-managed
- Build and improve systems across operations
- Manage the business as if it were your own
Day 1 Priorities: Stabilize lead flow, tighten job costing, and increase gross margins.
Ideal Background
- 5+ years managing roofing operations
- Proven sales and marketing experience
- Strong leadership and decision-making skills
- Financially and personally stable
- Thick-skinned, accountable, and results-driven
- Local to Broward / Palm Beach County
Important Notes
- Clean driver’s license and background required
- Must be hands-on when needed
- This is a demanding role with high expectations — and high rewards
